This Shipping Policy applies in addition to any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

Delivery Estimates

Made-to-Order Furniture — Sea Freight

For made-to-order furniture shipped by sea, the estimated manufacturing and delivery period is 45–55 days from order confirmation.

This estimate includes manufacturing and international delivery. Delivery can take longer because of customs clearance, port congestion, carrier schedules, vessel changes, inspections, or other logistics events outside our reasonable control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Small Items — Air Shipping

For smaller items shipped by air, estimated delivery is 7–21 days from order confirmation, including order preparation.

Air deliveries can be affected by customs clearance, carrier capacity, local delivery conditions, and other logistics events outside our reasonable control.

Duties and Taxes

Deliveries within Canada

Applicable GST/HST and provincial sales taxes are calculated and charged at checkout. Androf covers any customs duties, so customers do not pay customs duties on delivery.

Deliveries outside Canada

All applicable local taxes, customs duties and import fees are included in the displayed price. No additional taxes, duties or customs fees are due from the customer on delivery. We work with international freight partners who manage the required customs processes.
