Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies in addition to any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Made-to-Order Furniture

Made-to-order furniture may be returned under the 30-day change-of-mind return window above. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any safe-return packaging required for the furniture.

Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described

If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not as described, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at info@androf.ca. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video evidence.

Once the issue is verified, Androf will provide an appropriate solution. Where a return is required, Androf will cover the return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or not-as-described items.

Cancellations

Made-to-Order Furniture: You may cancel within 3 calendar days of order confirmation, provided production has not begun. A full refund will be issued. If production has begun but the order has not yet been dispatched, an 80% refund will be issued and a 20% production and cancellation fee will be retained. After dispatch, this Return & Refund Policy applies.

In-Stock Items: Cancellation is accepted before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, this Return & Refund Policy applies.

Refund Processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, any eligible refund is issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
