Refund Policy

RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we may no longer be able to offer a return, exchange, or store credit for voluntary return requests, subject to applicable law and any non-waivable consumer rights.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused;
- in its original condition;
- in its original packaging, where reasonably possible.
Returns are generally accepted only if the product:
- is defective;
- arrives damaged;
- does not match its description; or
- is materially different from what was ordered.
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise stated on the Site.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied:
- gift cards;
- downloadable or digital products;
- health and personal care items;
- perishable goods, including food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines;
- intimate or sanitary goods;
- hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
REFUNDS
Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund, exchange, store credit, or other resolution has been approved.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, card issuer, or bank.
Where appropriate, and depending on the condition of the item, order history, proof provided, and applicable law, we may offer:
- a replacement;
- an exchange;
- store credit;
- a partial refund; or
- a full refund.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@androf.ca with:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photos and, where helpful, videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
Please do not use the item if you believe it may be unsafe or defective.
We reserve the right to request additional information, photographs, videos, or reasonable proof before approving a refund, replacement, or exchange.
SALE ITEMS
Sale or discounted items are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
However, nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law if an item is defective, damaged, not as described, or otherwise covered by a legal warranty or mandatory consumer protection right.
EXCHANGES
We replace or exchange items if they are defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, subject to review and product availability.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@androf.ca before returning the product.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, and the return is approved, you may receive a store credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift order was shipped to the purchaser first, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
RETURN SHIPPING
To request a return, you must contact us first at info@androf.ca.
Do not send items back without prior authorization.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, the return address.
Approved return shipping costs are generally:
- the responsibility of the customer for voluntary or non-defective returns, where such returns are accepted; and
- the responsibility of Androf, or reimbursable by Androf at our discretion, for items that are confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or materially not as described.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item, or an item that does not match its description.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received an approved refund, please:
- check your bank account again;
- contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary;
- contact your bank.

DELIVERY, LOST PACKAGES, AND NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS
Delivery times shown on our website, in product pages, at checkout, or in customer communications are estimates unless we expressly confirm a delivery date in writing.
Furniture shipped by sea may take approximately 35 to 55 days in transit, and small items shipped by air may take approximately 7 to 18 days in transit. Actual delivery times may vary depending on production, customs clearance, export and import procedures, container inspections, port congestion, vessel changes, route changes, carrier delays, local delivery scheduling, weather, peak season, customs requirements in the destination country, and other factors outside our control.
Because furniture shipments are more complex than small parcels and are typically transported by sea rather than by air, delivery may in some cases take longer than 55 days. This may happen due to container customs inspections, export or import procedures, vessel changes, delays in transit, rerouting, port issues, or customs clearance processes in your country.
If you believe your order is lost, delayed beyond a reasonable period, or not delivered, contact us promptly at info@androf.ca with your order number.
We will investigate with the carrier, supplier, or logistics partner and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution.
If the delivery time exceeds 90 days from the shipment date and you still have not received the furniture, we will issue an immediate refund, subject to verification that the order has not been delivered.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law, including any right to cancel or seek a remedy if goods are not delivered within the time required by law or within the time agreed to in writing.
LEGAL WARRANTIES AND MANDATORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, limits, or waives any legal warranty, mandatory consumer protection right, or other non-waivable right that applies under the laws of your jurisdiction.
If a product is defective, unsafe, not durable for a reasonable length of time, or cannot serve its intended purpose under applicable law, you may have additional rights and remedies, including repair, replacement, refund, or other relief.
