Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused
In its original condition
In its original packaging
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or does not match its description.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Health and personal care items
Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@androf.ca before returning the product.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance for high-value items
DELIVERY & NON-DELIVERY REFUNDS
Delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping method:
Furniture shipped by sea: approximately 30–35 days
Small items shipped by air: approximately 7–18 days
If you do not receive your order within 45 days after shipment, please contact us immediately.
We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed lost, issue a full refund or replacement.
