Shipping and Returns

Deliveries to Canada and the United States
We ship worldwide. In Canada, we deliver to Quebec, Ontario, and all provinces. Deliveries in Canada are provided either by USPS or by Canada Post. Deliveries to the United States are handled by USPS. It takes 12 to 15 working days for deliveries to Canada and the United States, depending on the delivery method you have chosen.

How do I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent in the order shipping confirmation email. You will be notified by email of the progress of the delivery. If you haven't received it, don't hesitate to contact us by email at info@androf.ca or by phone.

Returns
Do you want to return a product to us? No worries! You must specify:

  • Your order number
  • The returned product(s)
  • The reason(s) for the return
  • A request for reimbursement

Please fill out the return form and slip it into your package. The return address is as follows:

It is necessary to attach the form to the package! We advise you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any complaints. If the item is refused by Androf, it will be returned to the Customer at Androf’s expense, without the Customer being able to demand any compensation.
