We ship worldwide.


  • Canada: We deliver to all provinces, including Quebec and Ontario.

  • United States: Nationwide delivery available.

Shipping carriers vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping method, and may include local or international delivery partners.

Estimated Delivery Times


  • Furniture orders (sea freight): approximately 30–35 days after production

  • Small-volume items (air shipping): approximately 7–18 business days

All shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are included in the displayed price.

How do I get my tracking number?

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.

You will also receive updates as your order progresses.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, please contact us before sending anything back.

To request a return, please provide:


  • Your order number

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • A refund or exchange request

Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or does not match its description, and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

All returns require prior approval.
