FAS-Grade Oak — Premium Wood Option
For customers who place particular importance on the wood specification itself, the upgraded configuration is available in FAS-grade oak solid wood.
This selected version uses North American imported solid wood and represents the highest wood specification offered among the four Androf configurations.
The FAS-grade oak version maintains the same transformable functionality while placing greater emphasis on material selection and natural wood character.
Warm Walnut Finish
All four selected Androf configurations are offered in a Walnut finish.
Its warm, deeper tone works naturally with cream and ivory upholstery, neutral interiors, contemporary spaces and other natural wood finishes.

How long does delivery take?
Made-to-order furniture — Sea Freight
The estimated total manufacturing and delivery timeline is 45–55 days from order confirmation. This estimate includes manufacturing and international delivery.
Once production is completed, your order will be prepared and dispatched for shipping.
Smaller items — Air Shipping
Estimated delivery is 7–21 days from order confirmation, including preparation, depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and may be extended by customs clearance, port congestion, carrier schedules, or other logistics events.

For deliveries within Canada, applicable GST/HST and provincial sales taxes are calculated and charged at checkout.

When will I receive my tracking information?
You will normally receive an order confirmation email within 20–30 minutes after placing your order.
Once your order has shipped and tracking becomes available, a tracking link will be sent to you by email.
My order is marked as delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
This situation is rare. Please allow 24–48 hours, as some carriers may mark a shipment as delivered shortly before the final drop-off.
If your order still has not arrived after this period, contact us and we will assist you with the carrier.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
For made-to-order furniture, cancellation is accepted only before production begins. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
For in-stock items, cancellation is accepted only before the order has been dispatched.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can confirm whether your request can still be accommodated based on the current status of your order.
What does “Unfulfilled” mean?
“Unfulfilled” means your order has been successfully received and is currently being prepared, in production, or awaiting shipment.
Once the order ships, its status will change to “Fulfilled” and tracking details will be provided when available.
Why was my order cancelled?
In rare cases, an order may be cancelled because payment cannot be verified or a security review flags the transaction.
If this occurs, please contact us before placing the order again so we can review the situation with you.
Returns & Refunds
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described?
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 calendar days after delivery, and provide your order number along with clear photos or, where helpful, videos of the product and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, Androf will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement parts, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another mutually agreed solution.
If a return is required, Androf will arrange the return directly or reimburse reasonable, pre-approved return shipping costs.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery, including for made-to-order furniture.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any safe-return packaging required for a change-of-mind return.
Who pays return shipping?
