    Yes. Shipping is completely free, and
    all customs duties and taxes are included in the displayed product price.
    There are no additional fees to pay upon delivery.

    You will receive an order confirmation email within 20–30 minutes
    after placing your order. Once your item has shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you by email.




  5. My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it yet.

    This situation is rare. Please allow 24–48 hours, as carriers may mark a shipment

    β€œUnfulfilled” means your order has been successfully received and is currently in production
    or awaiting shipment. Once shipped, the status will change to β€œFulfilled” and tracking details will be provided.




  3. Why was my order cancelled?

    In rare cases, orders may be cancelled due to security or payment verification issues.
    If this happens, you may place a new order using PayPal or another secure payment method.


RETURNS & REFUNDS



  1. When am I eligible for a return or refund?

    If the product you receive does not match its description,
    is defective, or has a manufacturing fault,
    please contact us as soon as possible.


    You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product.




  2. What if I want to return a product because I changed my mind?

    If the return is due to personal preference or a change of mind, you may still return the product
    within 30 days.
