SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
When will my order ship?
For furniture orders, production takes approximately 7–10 business days.
Once manufacturing is completed, your order will be prepared and dispatched for shipping.
Weekends and holidays are not included in the production timeframe.
How long does shipping take?
Furniture orders (Sea Freight):
Delivery usually takes 30–35 days after dispatch.
Small-volume products (Air Shipping):
Delivery typically takes 7–18 days, depending on your location.
Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order ships.
Are shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes included?
Yes. Shipping is completely free, and
all customs duties and taxes are included in the displayed product price.
There are no additional fees to pay upon delivery.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email within 20–30 minutes
after placing your order. Once your item has shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you by email.
My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it yet.
This situation is rare. Please allow 24–48 hours, as carriers may mark a shipment
as delivered slightly before final drop-off. If your order still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we will assist you promptly.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes — but only before production or warehouse processing begins.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
What does “Unfulfilled” mean?
“Unfulfilled” means your order has been successfully received and is currently in production
or awaiting shipment. Once shipped, the status will change to “Fulfilled” and tracking details will be provided.
Why was my order cancelled?
In rare cases, orders may be cancelled due to security or payment verification issues.
If this happens, you may place a new order using PayPal or another secure payment method.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
When am I eligible for a return or refund?
If the product you receive does not match its description,
is defective, or has a manufacturing fault,
please contact us as soon as possible.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product.
What if I want to return a product because I changed my mind?
If the return is due to personal preference or a change of mind, you may still return the product
within 30 days.
In this case, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
